Just finished the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and loved it! Lost about 5 lbs within those 30 days so I can not complain. Started a new workout dvd today... Jillian Michael's Banish Fat...Boost Metabolism...
Current Weight 131 ( Not that this is my problem area) Looking for a kick ass workout that will help get my abs into kick ass shape and be defined by the summer... Any ideas??
